Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SNTPL's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
GST & Taxation
The tariffs are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST), unless mentioned otherwise. One month denotes 30 days unless specified otherwise.
Personal Use Only
The Plans are intended only for personal use only. SNTPL reserves the right to discontinue Unlimited data benefits offered as part of the Plans in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorised telemarketing and commercial use.
Non-Refundable Recharges
The prepaid recharge once processed, can neither be refunded for cash nor be transferred to any other account.
Validity & Benefits
Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the end of validity.
Advance Recharge Options
The Subscribers are provided with advance recharge options in all of the plans with associated benefits and discounts. The subscribers are free to opt for any of these options or avail the monthly recharge option.
Installation Charges
One-time Charges of installation are non-refundable.
Commercial Use Policy
Commercial use policy of 3300 GB applicable on all Unlimited broadband Plans.
Additional Important Information
Service Modifications
SNTPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any service feature, database, or content. SNTPL may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.
Fair Usage Policy
All unlimited plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. SNTPL reserves the right to regulate, suspend, or terminate services to users who violate the acceptable use policy or engage in activities that negatively impact the network or other users' experience.
Amendments
SNTPL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
